Shipping Information Your order will be shipped to you directly from the designer that you have ordered from. The length of time it will take to arrive to you depends on the production time of the designer you have ordered products from, and where your order is shipping from, and to. The production time will be indicated on the product description page. However, most orders ship within 4-5 business days of receiving your approval on the proof.  If your item does not come with a proof, your order will ship within 4-5 business days of placing your order on our site.   Rush Services If you need an order rushed, please email us and we'll be happy to let you know your options, as well as the charges incurred with expedited service. If you are interested in ordering one of our exclusive designs or photo invitations, we do have rush processing available.  You will receive your proof within 1 business day and your order will ship in 2 business days. Canadian Orders If you are a sassy Canadian mom, we are thrilled to tell you that we do ship to Canada. The estimated time in transit is 5-6 business days. Shipping and handling charges are a flat rate charge of $15.00. Shipments to Canada may be subject to taxes, duties, or other customs fees upon delivery. The recipient is responsible for any such fees at the point of delivery.   Order Status We know you're excited about receiving your personalized stationery.  You can check the status of your order at anytime by logging into your account at the top of our home page.  Our goal is to keep you update to date on the status of your order through the entire process -- right up to when your lovely personalized stationery arrives at your door step. What are you shipping costs and methods? Orders shipped from our office (exclusive designs and orders from The Fun & Sassy Studio) ship via USPS Priority Mail, which is 2-3 business days in transit. Optional Upgrade to Lightening Fast, Express Mail shipping for $29.95, and your order is guaranteed to arrive in 1-2 business days (this does not include the production time).
