Return Policy Due to the personalized nature of most of our products, we are unable to accept returns unless there is an error on the part of Before and After Bean, LLC, or if the product is defective in some way. For all invitations and announcements, you are provided a FREE electronic proof that you must approve before your order is printed. Your cards will be printed exactly as your proof appears unless you request changes or error corrections. We feel confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately and we'll do what we can to make things right.
Order Cancellations If your order has not yet been printed, we will be happy to cancel it -- just contact us right away. Should you need to cancel your order before we create a proof, we will issue a full refund. If we have already created your proof, we can refund all but $25. If your order has already been approved and sent to printer, we regret that we will be unable to cancel it, since it would be impossible to reuse the cards. If the error is made by us, we will gladly redo and ship your order at no extra cost to you. Unfortunately, if the error was on the part of the customer, we will be unable to process a refund. We will do our best to get your order redone as quickly as possible. Please contact us if there is an error, and we'll do all we can to straighten things out!
Be careful to enter your text information exactly as you'd like it printed... and double check what you've entered! This will help eliminate most errors.
