I created my cart and checkout out, how do I know you received my order?
Orders placed through our website are received by our team Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. eastern time, however, a confirmation e-mail will be sent within moments of the placement of your order. When you receive the confirmation email, it means that we have successfully received your order. How long does it take to receive my cards after I order them?
Our normal turnaround time for your first proof is two to three business days. After your approval, our invitations and announcements will typically ship within three to five business days. During the holiday season (October through December) we may need to extend our due times by a few days. Is there a minimum amount of cards that I have to purchase?
The minimum order amount varies by the designer of the card. The minimum order quantity is indicated on each product page.
Do you offer digital proofs?
Yes, we offer one complimentary digital proof for all birth announcements and party invitations. Upon receipt of your proof, please approve your proof immediately. A
delayed proof response will also delay the production time by the same
number of business days.
We are sorry, but we do not send proofs of return address labels, stickers, calling cards, note cards or custom address stamps.
Do you offer printed proofs?
No, we are sorry, but we do not offer printed proofs.
Will the colors on my card look exactly like the card I see on my computer screen?
While we make every effort to represent colors as accurately as possible, they may not look the same on every computer monitor. It is possible that the colors on your final printed card may not be exactly the same as what you see on your computer monitor. If you are concerned about the color of your card. Please email us and we can let you know the Pantone Color code used.

What Payment Methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. We also accept ATM/debit cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. Orders placed online, are authorized and charged immediately.
How do I apply a promotional/coupon code to my order?
Are you Fun & Sassy yet? Promotional codes and other special offers are emailed out periodically to our customers. You can receive them simply by signing up for our newsletter.
If you have received promotional code, you can apply it towards your order during the checkout process. To apply a promotion code to your order, enter the code in the "Apply Coupon" box at checkout.
Offers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts; no more than one coupon can apply per order Do you charge Sales Tax?
6.75% sales tax will be charged on the total order, including shipping & handling fees, only to shipments within or headed to the state of Ohio. All other U.S. residents are exempt from paying sales tax on their orders.
